Definition of Regional Areas for Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) subclass 491 visa
The regional area where a subclass 491 visa holder can reside, work and/or study depends on the date of the visa grant.
The instruments that provide the definition of 'Regional Area' are as follows:
LIN 20/292 for the visas granted on or after 16 November 2019 and before 05 March 2022
LIN 22/022 for the visas granted on or after 05 March 2022.
